Commissioning Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Officer to join our team at Essential Employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning requirements and contract for the programme, monitoring the budget, and writing reports to update partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Commissioning and Contract Management: Oversee the commissioning requirements and contract for the programme, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the programme budget, ensuring effective use of resources and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Reporting and Communication: Write regular reports to update partners on programme progress and outcomes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Partnership Working: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Financial Management: Complete financial returns to evidence impact and outcomes, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Development and Risk Management: Create and lead on development action plans, and identify and mitigate risks to programme delivery.
- Programme Promotion: Promote the programme to relevant stakeholders, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
