About the Role:
Aybl is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand expectations for engagement, reach, and traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future social media strategies.
- Lead and motivate junior staff to produce high-quality content with flawless execution.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and developments to ensure Aybl remains at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for the field and eagerness to learn.
- Skilled in utilizing various social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
