Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in Cardiff. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
  • Maintain high health and safety and hygiene standards
  • Ensure the restaurant is run efficiently and effectively
  • Manage staff rotas and schedules
  • Monitor and control stock levels and inventory
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a similar role in the hospitality industry
