Sytner Group is excited to announce an opening for a Finance and Insurance Manager to enhance our dynamic team.

In this role, you will take charge of overseeing and expanding all elements of the Finance & Insurance sector. Your focus will be on being integral to all sales inquiries while nurturing the sales team’s development. It is essential that you provide every customer with a comprehensive understanding of their commitments, ensuring integrity and fairness in all interactions.

Our Finance and Insurance Managers enjoy a variety of flexible working patterns, which may include weekends, to guarantee that we deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking high-performing individuals, whether you are a Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or an experienced Business Manager with a solid grasp of financial and commercial principles.

The ideal candidate will possess a remarkable work ethic, capable of leading by example and motivating colleagues to elevate their performance and achieve their maximum potential while advancing finance and add-on sales.
