Kitchen and Bedroom Sales Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Southampton Showroom As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, creating inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and managing the end-to-end Wren journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inspiring customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales
- Promoting additional products and services, including financial options and installation
- Following up all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensuring customers enjoy a world-class journey from start to finish
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date order bank, keeping in touch with each and every customer
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible team member, you must ensure that you have read, understood, and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
