Role Responsibilities:
As a Youth Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of young individuals by providing a nurturing and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting children and young people with their daily care needs, including personal hygiene, medication management, and other clinical tasks.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the young residents, acting as a strong advocate for their needs.
