About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Taith Newydd, Low Secure Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with ongoing mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the delegation of a registered practitioner or assistant practitioner in the delivery of person-centered care.
  • Follow care plans and record all personally generated observations and document care given in individual's notes.
  • Assist registered nurses in meeting the needs of the patient group.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Desirable criteria: Ability to speak Welsh, QVF or equivalent qualification, experience of working/caring in a health or social care environment.
