Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Cyber Security Engineers, overseeing both daily operations and strategic solutions.
- Design and implement secure asset construction and system fortification capabilities, ensuring robust compliance monitoring for our computing and server environments.
- Maintain security infrastructure, including Firewalls and Intrusion Detection/Prevention systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and formulate cyber security engineering strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Develop and sustain comprehensive cyber security engineering documentation, policies, and procedures across all domains.
- Establish long-term controls and processes to effectively manage technical debt within acceptable risk levels.

- Experienced in securing extensive deployments of servers and endpoints within complex infrastructures.
- Familiar with Privileged Access Management tools, including CyberArk, Firewalls, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure, Sentinel & Defender.
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in the water utility sector or large, intricate infrastructure enterprises.
- Security engineering-specific training and/or certifications.
- A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
