Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head of Marketing in delivering the company's marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our target audience.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure effective marketing campaigns.
  • Update website content and news updates to reflect the company's brand and messaging.
  • Write and edit newsletters and email communications to customers and internal staff.
  • Contribute to the creation and production of marketing collateral, including online banners, adverts, HR collateral, sales support material, presentations, and more.
  • Prepare coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and social media data.
  • Support other internal teams as required.
  • Become an expert in the brand guidelines and ensure designs and content align with the brand's tone and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design marketing collateral for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Support the planning and execution of events.
  • Provide support to the HR Department for job advertising to increase job applications.
  • Source advertisement opportunities to raise awareness of the company's services.
  • Monitor competitor activities and find leads for the company.
  • Overall support to the Head of Marketing for marketing-related tasks.

Desirable Skills

  • Create visually appealing and engaging designs for the company, including online banners, adverts, HR collateral, sales support material, presentations, and more.
  • Video creation for internal and external use.

Essential Skills

  • Previous marketing experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role, ideally in a marketing agency.
  • Experience with marketing reporting (Google Analytics).
  • Marketing degree or similar qualification.
  • Have a can-do attitude and a positive personality.
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent organisational, time, and project management skills.
