Key Responsibilities- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning, development, and administration of conferences, including venue management, catering, and logistics.
- Delegate Management: Respond to delegate inquiries, manage sponsor relationships, and provide on-site support at conferences.
- Mobile App Management: Set up and onboard our mobile app, ensuring a smooth user experience for delegates.
- Team Support: Assist the events team with ad-hoc duties, providing additional support as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience working with B2B conferences is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of Google Sheets/Drive and event management software.
- Education: Event management degree or equivalent experience.
- Soft Skills: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
