Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment and a proven track record of mentoring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior General Manager in all aspects of running the business, including team leadership, operational tasks, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior General Manager in leading a large team and fostering a positive working environment
  • Ensure guests receive outstanding service and return time and time again
  • Manage operational tasks, including audits and due diligence, to maintain a high standard of service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong mentoring and motivational skills, with a focus on team development
  • Sound business understanding to help maintain and grow revenue
  • A true passion for the hospitality industry and a love for delivering exceptional guest experiences
