Support Worker

About the Role

As a Support Worker with us, you'll be helping individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Our residential service is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you can be sure that no two days will be the same. You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and doing lots of activities.

We're interested in our Support Workers having the right experience and values. This is why at Wellington house our support Workers are resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and mild challenging behaviours.
