Residential Liaison Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Liaison Officer to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our social housing decarbonisation project, you will play a vital role in establishing and building relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, management teams, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate project aims and objectives to residents, and provide feedback and concerns to project managers
  • Collaborate with other staff to improve processes and ensure seamless project delivery
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate community events
  • Maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Degree in social work, community engagement, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and dispute resolution skills
  • Experience in providing customer-focused, high-quality service and managing complaints
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to commute
  • Reliable work ethic
  • Driver's license (preferred)
