The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an additional Partner to join our Inverness office due to our exciting growth plans. You would be joining a local office of 15 colleagues and working closely alongside an experienced and knowledgeable Office Partner.

Your role would be centred around providing strong accounts & business advisory support to your local client base, as well as assisting in the overall leadership of the office. Day-to-day duties include:

  • Assisting with leading a team of all levels, from trainee to director.
  • Alongside the Office Partner, you will be responsible for the success of the office, while managing client relationships, winning work, and developing your team.
  • Work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day-to-day compliance and advisory aspects by both you and the team you lead.
  • Represent your office through proactive involvement in Group-wide meetings.
  • Look for continuous improvement within the office and across the Group.

Requirements include:

  • ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified and possess senior level experience and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients while leading a team.
  • Ability to analyse complex business situations to identify key issues and priorities.
  • Experience in an accounts and business advisory position, preferably with a varied commercial client base.
