Key Responsibilities
  • System Requirements & Budgeting: Define and finalize the necessary system specifications and budgetary allocations for the project.
  • Collaboration with IT: Work alongside IT professionals to design and integrate HR processes into the designated system.
  • System Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the new system to ensure it aligns with all specified requirements.
  • Training Development: Create and implement a comprehensive training program for staff on the new system.
  • Change Communication: Effectively communicate new processes and rebrand the service within the organization.
  • Project Evaluation: Assess the project's success and gather feedback from team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor ongoing interactions with the system to facilitate ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in HR project management.
