We are seeking a highly skilled CX Engineer to join our team at Mexa Solutions, a global AI & Cloud-based provider. As a CX Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing NICE CX One solutions for external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop NICE CX One solutions for external customers
- Build IVR, web, and chatbot applications
- Develop contact centre systems for global customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Strong background in call centre application development
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JSON, or C#
- Experience in IVR, web, or chatbot development
- Solid knowledge of NICE CX One
