Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Delivery and Collections Driver

DPD Group UK is seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5 Tonne Delivery and Collections Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of parcels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect parcels from customers and transport them to the depot
  • Assist with loading and unloading parcels from vehicles
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC (Driver Qualification Card) and CPC accreditation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, load and carry heavy items
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
