We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team at P3CL, a leading Modular Building Specialist with sites across the UK.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Policies, ensuring all employees are aware of and trained to comply with them.
- Monitor compliance by conducting audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them, working with other departments to reduce the risk of accidents or incidents.
- Implement and manage Health and Safety by developing training programs and conducting safety meetings.
- Develop and implement Environmental Management Plans to reduce the risk of environmental incidents.
- Manage Quality Control Programs by developing quality control processes and conducting quality audits.
- Improve compliance with regulatory requirements to reduce the risk of penalties and improve the company's reputation.
- Improve Safety Performance by identifying potential hazards and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Improve Environmental Performance by identifying potential environmental hazards and developing strategies to reduce the risk of incidents.

- IOSH/NEBOSH Diploma
