About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Paediatric Cardiac Nurse to join our team as a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Ward Sister in monitoring and managing sickness absence in accordance with Trust policy.
  • Participate in ensuring that all staff have an annual performance review and personal development plan, and that accurate records are maintained.
  • Maintain an appropriate learning environment for pre and post-registration learners.

Requirements
