Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support our client through their ERP upgrade. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving the efficiency of our Order to Cash (O2C) processes and spearheading the implementation of a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of current O2C processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for the new ERP system implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • ERP Evaluation: Work closely with vendors and IT teams to evaluate ERP system options, assess feasibility, and make recommendations based on business needs and technical requirements.
  • System Configuration: Configure, customise, and test ERP system modules to ensure seamless integration with existing O2C processes and other business systems.
  • Testing and Training: Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to validate system functionality, data integrity, and performance. Provide end-user training and support during the ERP system rollout, ensuring smooth transition and adoption across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst
  • Previous experience working in roles focussing on O2C processes
  • Strong understanding of O2C workflows, including order management, invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
