Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Catering Team Leader, you will actively oversee catering personnel on-site, as well as recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure the delivery of an efficient and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Inspiring and managing a diverse team of skilled staff
  • Overseeing budget management and financial accountability
  • Ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and environmental policies
  • Managing daily operational tasks such as printing labels and menus

Work Schedule:
This role typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week during term time.
