The Technical Project Coordinator will be instrumental in evaluating technical documentation and progress trackers for a significant, multi-phase initiative. This position entails regular site visits, complemented by a hybrid work model that promotes a balance between office and field responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret technical documents and trackers to guarantee precision and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Engage with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain detailed records of documents, drawings, and modifications.
- Track and report on project advancements and deliverables to the management team.
- Assist the project team in meeting deadlines and achieving key project milestones.
Qualifications:
- A strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Prior experience in a technical coordination or similar capacity within the construction or development sector is beneficial.
- Skilled in reading and understanding technical drawings and documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
