The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimisation of technical activities by providing support to all engineering teams based at EDF EPR Engineering UK for the UK HPC EPR project.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Design Change Management: Piloting and coordinating technical aspects of configuration (design changes/open points/interfaces) between internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent and optimised design for the project.
  2. Participating in coordination meetings organised by various parties involved in the project, including modification committees and project decision meetings.
  3. Presenting and sharing progress, including KPI production and data analysis to support management and decision-making.
  4. Managing experience feedback from previous projects.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with several years of experience in one or several engineering disciplines, including nuclear safety, electrical, mechanical, systems, civil, and layout. Previous experience on the HPC project, including configuration management processes and tools, is highly desirable.
