Project Coordinator Job Description

Ross-Shire Engineering Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including preparation of site and office documentation, document control, and tracking.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with project engineers, project managers, and external customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation Management: Compile and maintain project documentation, including final project reports and other relevant documents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
