Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Ross-shire Engineering Limited. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with stakeholders, managing project documentation, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project engineers, project managers, and external customers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site and office documentation.
  • Track and control project documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Compile project final documentation and ensure its accuracy and quality.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple project demands.
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving license.
