Financial Reporting and Accounts Payable Manager

At Schindler Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager to join our Finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the CFO and other senior management team members to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage and monitor the general ledger and subledgers, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, accruals, provisions, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- 7+ years of senior finance experience, including financial accounting and reporting.
- Professional qualification in finance, such as CIMA or ACCA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in SAP and Power BI a plus.
