Job Title: Financial Accounting Manager

FryerMiles Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Manager to join their team. As a key member of the CFO's senior management team, this role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your skills in a large, global organisation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and management of the accounting and finance teams.
  2. Ensure the team is appropriately resourced, engaged, and motivated to meet business objectives.
  3. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet and income statement.
  4. Manage and monitor the general ledger and subledgers, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
  5. Ensure a robust balance sheet and timely delivery of financial reports.
  6. Prepare and analyse financial statements, including the P&L and Balance Sheet.
  7. Own and control budget and governance processes.
  8. Fulfil all fiscal obligations, including tax purposes and archiving of financial books.
Requirements:
  1. Big 4 ACA qualified with at least 7 years of industry experience.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and establish enterprise value.
  3. Hands-on person with good team player skills.
  4. Strong administrative and financial background, with prior experience of treasury, tax, and payroll.
  5. Proven track record of managing multiple objectives, multi-site teams, and matrix organisations.
  6. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
  7. Proven track record of delivering process improvements and savings.
  8. Proficient use of Excel, with SAP experience and Power BI highly regarded.
