Job Title: Associate Director - Clinical Supply Insight

Join Novartis Farmacéutica as an Associate Director - Clinical Supply Insight and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in clinical trial management, vendor relationship management, and data analysis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing outsourced clinical activities and deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing clinical supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead supplier due diligence activities and develop operational data overviews to improve logistics and site supply management
  • Create metrics to track kit wastage, cancellation rates, and vendor performance
  • Design and implement efficient protocol sections for laboratory samples and monitor their maintenance phase
  • Utilize CSI inventory management tools for new and retrospective studies
  • Optimize initial kit ordering and resupply aligned to projected visits
  • Share and discuss data overviews with the Clinical Trial Team to reduce kit wastage
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in science or business (or equivalent) with several years of industrial experience
  • Excellent knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations
  • Expert knowledge of clinical trial design and mapping to supplier requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership in supplier relationship management and/or expert knowledge of specific service areas
  • History of successfully working in a cross-functional global team and proven ability to function in a matrix structure organization
