About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our Implementation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service support to our customers, ensuring that new implementations and changes for existing customers are carried out smoothly and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new customers and engineers onto our system, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Produce and issue starter packs in line with customer specifications, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage customer labels, including bulk orders, auto-replenishment, and daily cases, to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Support internal projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Oversee lock and key stock levels, ensuring sufficient supplies are available to meet customer needs.
  • Implement lock recycling processes to optimize the use of returned or unused locks, reducing waste and costs.
  • Foster effective working relationships with other departments, external customers, and suppliers, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Manage business-as-usual workload, including cases and emails, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new starters and actively contribute to team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health & safety and business continuity protocols, to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative role within a process-driven environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with Service Level Agreements and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to suggest improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
