Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Surveying team on a wide range of projects, including insurance work, primarily residential and commercial buildings in all forms of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and provide expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of buildings and sites.
- Acquire surveys, condition reports, measured surveys, and defect investigations to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.
- Design and oversee works using recognised building contracts and current technical standards.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, including health and safety, party wall, building regulations, and planning.
- Help promote our company's services and secure projects through effective communication and relationship-building.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc Building surveying degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Building Surveying.
- Strong working knowledge of consulting engineering, surveying, architectural & planning practices and procedures, supported by an awareness of the latest statutory requirements and technical publications.
