About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on building design, construction, and maintenance. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to inspect buildings and identify potential issues
  • Prepare and present reports on building condition and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that building designs meet client requirements
  • Develop and implement building maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide expert advice on building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in building surveying, construction, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
