- In the event of an emergency, call the appropriate response team or authorities.

- Maintain records in line with internal procedures, ensure all data is protected and kept secure at all times.
- Complete your continuous professional development training and attend all training events/meetings as directed by your Estate Manager and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- IT: Utilize Microsoft Office applications and learn new systems to support the team's efficiency.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a face-to-face environment.
- Communication: A natural communicator with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively.
