Venn Group is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, students, and staff, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage the reception area, including checking the email address, forwarding messages, and maintaining accurate records.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard, taking messages, answering telephone queries, and passing messages on promptly.
- Security and Access Control: Ensure the security of the reception area, operating the 'Control Access' system to grant visitors access.
- General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a reception or customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
