About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Allied Care Limited. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support adults with nursing needs, learning disabilities, and mental ill-health conditions in a nursing home environment
  • Work on a 12-hour shift pattern, mostly night shifts, but may be required to cover some days
  • Assist with nursing needs, daily living skill development, personal care, and working with individuals who may present challenging behaviors
  • Support the Home Manager and Assistant Manager with all aspects of nursing care, including assessment, planning, and delivery of care

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) essential
  • Experience in working with adults 18-65 with learning disabilities and health conditions an advantage
