We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Proven experience in a nursing home setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
