About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Bus and Coach Technical Trainer to join our team at GTG Training in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training to apprentices and commercial delegates at our training centre.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
  • Assess trainees' knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and Curriculum Manager to improve training processes and resources.
  • Provide welfare support and guidance to apprentices and employers.
Requirements
  • Industry-recognised qualification in Automotive Maintenance and Repair Level 3 Bus and Coach or equivalent.
  • English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in electrical diagnosis and modern automotive technology.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
