Sustainability Solutions Consultant

As a Sustainability Solutions Consultant, you will focus on driving behavioral transformation to enhance sustainability and achieve optimal outcomes. This position demands a high level of expertise across various organizational tiers, ensuring that our team mirrors the diverse needs of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with C-level executives to foster relationships with prominent organizations, collaborating with the team to execute top-tier projects.
- Utilize your sales and delivery background to play a crucial role in the ongoing success of the Manufacturing Team.
- Apply operational and analytical skills to devise project implementation strategies and generate financial impact forecasts based on operational enhancements.
- Monitor project execution in real-time, addressing both micro and macro-level activities to ensure comprehensive understanding of business solutions and their interdependencies.
- Assess business operations financially, evaluating and tracking benefits realization plans while reviewing established baselines.
As a project manager, you will experience a dynamic lifestyle characterized by travel and change. Reporting to the Market Leader, you will manage relationships with senior client management through steering groups and MAT chairs.
Your role will involve training client personnel in the effective utilization of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem-solving, team dynamics, and consensus-building skills. This hands-on approach will empower clients to implement sustainable changes and enhance their operational efficiency.
Communication and ReportingStrong communication and collaboration skills are essential for building robust relationships and ensuring project objectives are achieved. You will be responsible for preparing:
- Written and oral feedback
- Presentation materials
- Critiques and systems documentation
- Process descriptions and evaluations
- Data summaries and reports
A proven track record in business development within the manufacturing sector is essential.
