About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our team at Alexander Ash Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving significant change and transformation within our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Planning: Develop and enforce robust planning standards across the business to ensure all initiatives are delivered according to schedule, and take corrective action when deviations occur.
  • Business Readiness: Enhance and sustain business readiness mechanisms, ensuring the organization is consistently prepared to support and absorb change.
  • Subject Matter Expert Engagement: Refine and improve SME engagement strategies to ensure their involvement is well-planned and effectively contributes to the success of initiatives.
  • Strategic Review and Adjustment: Lead quarterly reviews of the transformation agenda to assess its feasibility and make necessary adjustments to meet evolving business objectives.
  • Executive Reporting: Present complex plans and roadmaps in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to senior leadership and executives.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Planning and Scheduling: A seasoned professional with extensive experience in planning and scheduling large-scale transformations, utilizing industry-standard methodologies.
  • Strategic Pragmatism: A pragmatic approach, with the ability to balance strategic planning with the discipline required to manage an intricate and interconnected portfolio.
  • Proven Change Delivery: A track record of successfully delivering change in a sophisticated and complex business environment, ideally within financial services or insurance.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Excellent partner management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage relationships, and resolve complex issues at the highest level.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and outstanding analytical skills, enabling you to assess risks, identify opportunities, and ensure decisions are grounded in sound financial and operational insight.
