About the Role

The Internal Communications Manager will play a key role in promoting and driving impactful internal communications to a diverse audience across the UKIMEA region. This will involve working closely with the Internal Communications Lead and other internal communications colleagues to ensure activity is well planned and understood, and aligns to our region priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and executives across the UKIMEA region.
  • Collaborate with the external communications team, Marketing & Communications business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of internal/external messaging.
  • Work with the Internal Communications Lead to develop and maintain a comprehensive internal communications plan, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to develop their skills and support their career development.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practice internal communications techniques and adapt approaches to meet changing business requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven background in internal communications, working in a matrixed/professional services environment.
  • Strong skills in written communication, copywriting, and editing.
  • Ability to craft content and approaches in an ambiguous environment, and be adaptable to changing business requirements.
  • Highly collaborative working style across the wider Marketing & Communications community.
  • Creative and able to write for various voices using different tones or styles to convey a message.
