The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Manager to lead our trade counter team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Branch Team
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
    • Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
  • Driving Business Performance
    • Lead the branch team to achieve performance targets and drive business growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Developing the Team
    • Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
    • Identify training needs and provide opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Leadership Skills
    • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
    • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Operational Skills
    • Experience in a trade counter environment or similar operations role.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
