  • Communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner, using verbal and written communication skills to resolve their queries.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive positive business change.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer retention goals and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude with a 'can-do' and 'win/win' approach.
  • Sound decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Working Arrangements:

This is a temporary, ongoing role, working Monday to Friday, between 9am and 7pm. You will be required to work 22.50 hours per week, with 7.50 hours per day.
