Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Basic computing skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems to support customer queries.

Working Arrangements:

This is a temporary, ongoing role, working Monday to Friday, between 9am and 7pm. You will be required to work 22.50 hours per week, with 7.50 hours per day.
