We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Lettings Department in Bath City Centre. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to our branch, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a central point of contact for clients and staff, resolving queries effectively.
- Provide expert advice on relevant legislation and maintain a central register of contractors.
- Oversee customer service, ensuring timely completion of works and renewals, and monitor invoices and inspections.
- Assist with complicated cases and tenancies, advising landlords and tenants on options and liaising with the Accounts team.
- Previous property management or lettings experience is essential.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
- Strong customer service skills, confident communication, and excellent negotiation and influencing skills are necessary.
- Good team player, ability to stay calm under pressure, and excellent planning and organisational skills are also required.
