We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in Woking and Guildford. As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting quality assurance visits, phone calls, and community events
  • Providing care for clients as needed
  • Managing client issues and concerns
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and care professionals
  • Performing shadow and support visits to maintain our high standards of service
