We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Sensient Technologies. As a key member of our Flavors Europe team, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective EHS strategies to ensure compliance with UK regulations and promote best practices.
  • Lead interactions with external regulatory bodies, including the Health and Safety Executive and the Environment Agency.
  • Deploy and coordinate EHS best practices across the site, improving visibility and awareness of Sensient EHS policies and standards.
  • Manage relationships with external bodies and agencies, ensuring corporate notification and involvement as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with UK EHS regulations and a strong understanding of HAZOP assessment processes.
  • NEBOSH National Diploma qualification and educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Grad IOSH status or working towards Chartered status.
  • Environmental or Health & Safety membership and/or experience with nationally recognized bodies.
