Marketing Leadership Opportunity at Lockton Companies

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to drive the marketing strategy for our Specialty (Wholesale) division, a key business unit at Lockton Companies. As the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with a team of experts to develop and execute impactful multi-channel campaigns, engage target audiences, and support the division in achieving its commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and company goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external specialists to create compelling marketing campaigns and content
  • Measure and analyze the success of marketing activities and provide data-driven insights
  • Share best practices and knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement
  • Create diverse marketing materials, including social media content, presentations, and campaign media
  • Identify business development opportunities and maximize visibility for the division
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand
  • Assist in various marketing activities, including copywriting, events, and trade show participation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sectors
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external partners
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the Specialty/Wholesale sector and its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Experience in a regulated environment, such as insurance or financial services
