Cognitive Behaviour Therapist CAMHS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist to join our dynamic and committed multidisciplinary team of Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Child Psychotherapy, Family Therapists, Child Looked After and CAMHS Practitioners with a range of core professional backgrounds and Assistant Psychologists.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a significant role in undertaking assessments and providing evidence-based interventions to children, young people, and families. They will be a key member of our team with involvement in multidisciplinary meetings, offering consultation and training. They will Care Co-ordinate and provide supervision to colleagues. Involvement in developing and maintaining clinical skills within the wider team and service development will form part of this role.
Requirements- Recognised core profession such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology.
- BABCP (or equivalent board) Accredited CBT Psychotherapist.
- Substantial experience in clinical practice post-qualification or in therapeutic clinical practice.
We have excellent links with our partner service in Flintshire and Wrexham CAMHS and involvement in initiatives across the area will also form part of this role. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
