We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Cancer Service team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide a specialist pharmacy service to the oncology and clinical haematology specialties, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical screening of chemotherapy prescriptions and medicine management for oncology and haematology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Prescribe chemotherapy for oncology or haematology patients as a non-medical prescriber.
- Contribute to high-level clinical and service delivery projects, supported by senior members of the Pharmacy team.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent, be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council, and hold a Certificate in Pharmacy Practice and a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice. Desirable qualifications include management or leadership courses, registration as an Independent Prescriber, and an MSc in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent in cancer specialty.
