About the Role

We're seeking a highly creative and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative experiential VM strategies that drive brand awareness and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver creative experiential VM strategies that align with our broader EMEA strategy.
  • Manage the creative process to ensure exceptional quality and consistency across all projects.
  • Execute innovative and world-class experiential projects from ideation to delivery.
  • Lead as a brand expert, protecting our brand image across all channels and online.
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure we're working with the best partners and materials.
  • Present designs and prototypes to management for approval and feedback.
  • Manage planograms and assortments across all experiential projects.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in Visual Merchandising and creative project management.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with European retailers and suppliers.
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
