Research Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research and Finance Administrator to join our team at UCL Eastman Dental Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our research team, including financial management, data analysis, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial aspects of research projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide administrative support to research team members, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, meeting organization, and task management
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial reports, project documentation, and personnel files
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of research activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
