About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research and Finance Administrator to join our team at UCL Eastman Dental Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our research team, including financial management, data analysis, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and research administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the research team, including financial management, data analysis, and project coordination
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, invoices, and expense reports
  • Coordinate research projects, including scheduling, data collection, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, faculty, and vendors
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to the research team and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and research administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
